As Vice Principal and Director of Communications and Marketing, Helen leads strategy, organisational, commercial and brand development, and is a board director of RADA Business. In 2019 she led the development of RADA's five-year strategic plan, working with stakeholders across the Academy.

Specialising in strategic and organisational development, positioning, brand, digital and audience development, Helen draws upon her previous experience across the arts sector at Intermusica Artists Management, Royal Court Theatre, Southbank Centre, National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain and frieze magazine.
