Our Buddy Scheme supports our students in the transition from student to professional, with the graduate buddies providing professional advice, feedback and networking opportunities throughout the final year and beyond. Graduates who have been in the profession for a minimum of three years are invited to participate in the scheme to provide mentoring for a final year student. We are particularly eager to encourage more technical graduates into the programme.

Many of the graduate buddies forge lasting relationships with their student that continues beyond their training at RADA.

It is always inspiring to see young actors working with their relatively unformed full-on passion. Not that experienced actors have any answers per se, but we can offer encouragement and context over the long term. It is a wonderful resource to have something set up so early on.
