Originate Shortlisted for the Music & Drama Education Awards 2026

RADA is pleased to announce that Originate our joint project with Guildhall School of Music & Drama, Theatre Peckham, Young and Talented has been shortlisted for the Music & Drama Education Awards 2026, a celebration of excellence across the performing arts and education sectors.

The programme has been nominated for Outstanding Drama Initiative. The winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on 12 February 2026 in London.

These prestigious awards honour the remarkable work of individuals and organisations who continue to inspire creativity, nurture talent, and expand access to the arts across the UK. Despite the many challenges faced by arts education in recent years, the sector has continued to thrive through the dedication, innovation, and resilience of its community.

Being shortlisted is a recognition of RADA’s ongoing commitment to empowering the next generation of artists and storytellers. It reflects the extraordinary efforts of our students, staff, and partners to keep the performing arts accessible, and transformative.
