Chris is the improvisation teacher at RADA and has developed and taught the improvisation curriculum since 2005.

His work as a theatre director and writer includes Fringe First award-winning shows 100 and Food at the Edinburgh Festival. With his company The Imaginary Body he has extensively toured in the UK and internationally. He has also directed productions at leading British theatres including the Young Vic and Soho Theatre in London, and the Traverse in Edinburgh.

Chris is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and the founder and director of Spacecraft. Drawing on Chris’s theatre background, Spacecraft offers leadership development and communication training to help people, teams and organisations to become the best communicators they can be.

A dual British-German citizen, Chris lives in London with his family.
