Pericles by William Shakespeare

Monday 3 July, 7.30pm Captioned Performance
75 minutes of fast-paced Shakespeare.
RADA presents Shakespeare for Young Audiences: abridged plays brought to life for young people (15+) as well as anyone, of any age, who wants to get swept up in a high energy Shakespeare production.
Shakespeare’s Pericles follows our hero as he battles villainous kings in games of wit, murderous assassination attempts and treacherous weather conditions. Aided by his friends, Pericles narrowly escapes death more than once with the hope of starting a family of his own.
This tragicomedy centres around familial bond and reunification. The question is, will Pericles’s efforts for love be in vain?
