Paul Clay

Paul graduated from the Stage Management and Technical Theatre course at RADA in 1990.

He is currently International Director for Manchester International Festival looking after the work created by the Festival and the partners the Festival creates the work with, around the world.

Paul has worked in senior production and technical roles for the likes of The Almeida Theatre, Plymouth Theatre Royal, English National Opera and the Royal Exchange Manchester.

In more recent years he has specialised in international touring with a number of projects across, visual art, popular music and performance and runs international masterclasses in producing cross-artform work
