SCHOLARSHIPS AND BURSARIES

Each year RADA auditions more than 3,000 applicants for a coveted place on one of its acting or technical courses. More than 25% or RADA students come from low income backgrounds, however no student accepted onto one of our courses is ever turned away due to their financial circumstance.

We can only support students facing hardship thanks to the enormous generosity of a wide range of individuals, trusts, foundations and businesses who contribute to our scholarships and bursaries fund.

Through this fund RADA is able to help our students meet rising tuition fees and living costs; ensuring the next generation of actors, stage managers, directors, designers and technical stage craft specialists can successfully complete their training.

Scholarships and Bursary Funding can help towards training costs including:
·         Meal vouchers - £900
·         Annual student travel card Zones 1 – 6  - £1,492
·         Rent for 1 year  - £6,360
·         Undergraduate tuition fee for one year (UK/EU) - £9,000

RADA Scholarship and Bursary funding is awarded following a financial assessment undertaken by the Academy.
